Why does AI not show demo images on failure?
Our policy on what happens when AI generation fails.
OneLuton is an AI-driven product. If AI image generation or selection fails for a section, we do not substitute an unrelated demo photograph. An upload placeholder may still appear to show where your own image belongs.
When section content is available, add your own image to the empty area or upload placeholder. If an AI retry is offered, you can try it again. If setup failed entirely, check the error and your Dashboard rather than assuming the section was created.
