How do I add an FAQ section?
Answer common customer questions on your site.
Add an FAQ section from the Add menu. Click Add question to create a new entry. AI suggests a contextual question and answer based on your business, which you can accept or rewrite.
Each entry has a question (shown in the accordion header) and an answer (which expands when a visitor clicks). Enabled FAQ sections with complete questions and answers receive FAQPage structured data automatically. This helps search engines understand the content, but does not guarantee an expanded FAQ result in Google. Google generally limits those results to authoritative government and health websites.
