When to use Fill vs Fit?
Two ways images sit inside their frames.
Fill
The image covers the entire frame, cropping whatever doesn't fit. Use this for hero images, banners, and gallery items where you want the frame fully covered and don't mind a small crop.
Fit
The image is shown in full inside the frame, with empty space added on the sides if its aspect ratio doesn't match. Use this for logos, illustrations, or images where every pixel matters and cropping is not OK.
The Circle frame only supports Fill, because fitting an image inside a circle leaves awkward corners.
