How do I add a Reviews section?
Add testimonials, approve customer submissions, and find missing reviews.
Add a Reviews section in the builder to display customer testimonials. Each review has a name, review text, a rating from 1 to 5 stars, and an optional location. Replace any starter testimonials with genuine customer feedback before publishing.
Where do I collect and approve customer reviews?
- Go back to your Dashboard and find your website card.
- Click Reviews, not Edit. This opens your review queue.
- Copy the review link or share its QR code with customers. Your public form is at
luton.one/your-site/review. - Open Pending to review new submissions, then choose Approve for reviews you want to display.
The queue is inside OneLuton, not an email inbox. Customers can submit a rating, name and review text, with an optional email, location and photo. Photos must be JPEG, PNG or WebP and no larger than 5 MB. Uploaded photos are stored with the submission but are not currently shown in the website's Reviews section.
Does approving a review publish it immediately?
Yes. On an already published website, approving a review adds it to the site's review content without a separate Publish step. It also becomes available to the builder. Approval keeps your existing manually entered reviews rather than replacing them. A review does not publish an unpublished website.
Why can I not see an approved review on my website?
- Check that you approved it in the correct website's queue.
- Make sure that website is published and has a visible, enabled Reviews section on the page you are viewing.
- Refresh the live page. If the builder was already open, save any outstanding edits before reopening it to load the latest reviews.
The builder panel controls review content and appearance. The Dashboard queue manages customer submissions. OneLuton does not currently import reviews automatically from Google, Facebook or other review platforms. If an approved review still does not appear, with your website address.
